High navy heart front dress

This amazing High dress is sleeveless and has braces style straps which are attached to a red plastic heart at the centre of the bust and cross over at the back. It has a tiny navy lace edging around the top and the back of the dress is elasticated. The dress has four large pockets on the front and an insert of white cotton from the centre of the bust and through the centre front which is printed with delicate pink and blue flowers. The hem can be gathered in at the bottom giving it a puffball effect.
